    How do I install an extension?

    Open the catalog, choose a specimen, then follow the install link. Each extension lives in the Chrome Web Store.

    Where do I find my account?

    Sign in at the top right, then visit the dashboard. Your account, billing, and history live there.

    Are my downloads private?

    Yes. Extensions run locally in your browser. Telemetry is anonymous — an instance ID, an event name, a timestamp. No personal data.

    How do I cancel?

    From your account dashboard, under Billing. You'll keep access through the end of the billing period.

    Can I get a refund?

    Within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. After that, we'll consider on a case-by-case basis — just write to us.

    An extension stopped working.

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling first. If that fails, contact the studio with the extension name and what you were doing — we'll dig in.
