These terms set out the relationship between you and UnifyBrowse Studio when you use the website or any of the software products. They’re short. They’re plain. Read them once.

Using UnifyBrowse
By creating an account or using any UnifyBrowse software product, including a browser extension, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Free & Pro plans
Products may offer a free tier and an optional Pro tier. Where offered, Pro is available either as a one-time lifetime license — a single payment, no subscription — or as a recurring subscription, billed on the cycle shown at checkout. The price, billing period, included updates, and any activation limit are shown before purchase. One-time purchases and the first charge of a subscription can be refunded within 30 days of the charge, before meaningful use of the product. Subscription renewals are not refunded — cancel anytime to stop future billing. Refunds are limited to one per product per customer. We reserve the right to refuse future purchases, or suspend or terminate an account without refund, where there is a pattern of refund or chargeback abuse. All requests are reviewed against applicable consumer law and the Merchant of Record's terms. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, which handles applicable taxes for your jurisdiction.

Subscription plans
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard — access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, with no further charges after that. We’ll give advance notice of any price change to an active subscription before it takes effect.

What “lifetime” means
“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the product, not the natural life of the purchaser. A lifetime license grants Pro access for as long as the product is actively operated and maintained, with no recurring fees. Included updates and device or activation limits are the ones described on the product page and at checkout. If we discontinue a product, we will stop new sales and provide reasonable notice where practical, subject to applicable law and technical constraints.

Third-party content & copyright
Products that interact with third-party media are tools for users to organize and manage media they have the legal right to access. You are solely responsible for respecting copyright, intellectual property rights, and the terms of service of any third-party platform you interact with through our products. The studio does not host, store, or distribute third-party media. If you believe content has been used in violation of your rights, please reach out via the contact form with a takedown notice.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use the products to infringe copyright, circumvent technical protection measures, violate any law, or breach the terms of service of a third-party platform. The studio reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour, and to revoke license keys used in bad faith.

Intellectual property
The software products, website, and all related material remain the property of UnifyBrowse Studio. A Pro purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features within the device or activation limit shown on the product page or at checkout. You may not redistribute, resell, or share license keys.

Changes to the service
The studio may update products, pricing, or these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with a “last updated” date, and significant changes are announced on the website and, where appropriate, through notices in the affected product. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Liability & warranty
The products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The studio cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use, except where required by applicable consumer law. We will, however, do our best to fix things when they break.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UnifyBrowse Studio is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
