These terms govern your use of the SoundCloud Enhanced Pro browser extension ("the extension"), provided by UnifyBrowse ("we", "us"). They supplement UnifyBrowse's general Terms of Service. By installing or using the extension, you agree to both.
1. What the extension is
SoundCloud Enhanced Pro adds download, format-conversion (M4A → MP3), and workflow features on top of soundcloud.com. It is an independent, unofficial tool — it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SoundCloud Ltd. "SoundCloud" is a trademark of its respective owner, referenced only to describe compatibility.
2. Free vs. Pro
- Core resolution/download functionality is free, subject to backend rate limits.
- Pro features (MP3 conversion, additional formats, larger batches) require a valid license key purchased through Lemon Squeezy.
- "Lifetime" access means access for the life of the product — for as long as UnifyBrowse continues to operate and support it. If the product is ever wound down, we will give reasonable advance notice and, where feasible, a path to retain functionality or a pro-rated remedy.
- License keys activate per-device with an activation limit; deactivate a device to free up an activation elsewhere.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the extension only to download or convert content you own, have the right to download under SoundCloud's own terms, or that is otherwise permitted by applicable copyright law.
You agree not to use the extension to:
- Circumvent DRM, geo-restrictions, or private/unlisted track protections.
- Infringe any artist's, label's, or rights holder's copyright.
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly republish downloaded content without authorization.
- Abuse or circumvent rate limits on the backend API.
- Reverse-engineer the extension or backend to bypass licensing.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of downloaded content complies with copyright law and SoundCloud's Terms of Use. UnifyBrowse provides a tool; it does not host, index, or redistribute SoundCloud content.
4. Service availability
The extension depends on SoundCloud's public API and CDN. We don't guarantee uninterrupted resolution — SoundCloud-side changes, geo-restrictions, or private tracks may make a given track unsupported. We may rate-limit or temporarily suspend backend access to protect service stability.
5. Refunds
Handled per Lemon Squeezy's standard terms and UnifyBrowse's general refund policy. Contact unifybrowse.com/contact to request one.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
The extension is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't warrant every track will resolve, or that conversion output always matches the source losslessly.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnifyBrowse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the extension, including loss of downloaded content or copyright claims arising from your use of downloaded material.
8. Termination
We may suspend or revoke access (including license validation) for accounts or devices abusing the service, violating acceptable use, or engaging in fraud. You may stop using the extension and uninstall it at any time.
9. Changes to these terms
Updated as the product evolves. Material changes are announced via an in-extension notice and/or the website.
